Shop for Schools

St Mary's are involved in the shop for schools, please do support us and maybe we could be the 2019 winners…. Would be brilliant to win £2500 of equipment for our school!

Thank you in advance for your support with this!

Do check our progress on the website

We have had a sickness bug in school in ALL classes. We are ensuring that children are washing their hands in school to help stop the spreading of germs.

We will be asking the children to take their water bottles home as well.

We follow the NHS guidelines in school regarding sickness which states '48 hours from last episode of diarrhoea and vomiting'.

Many thanks for support and understanding.

If your child is absent from school, please contact the school office before the close of register's at 9.15am.  If your child arrives after the school gates have been locked they will need to be signed in at reception.

Breakfast Club & After School Club

As both clubs are flourishing, can you please ensure places are booked beforehand and payments are made promptly to secure your place as we would hate to disappoint parents if we are unable to provide the childcare on the day.   Please ensure your child/ren are collected promptly.

Please remember the dedicated phone number when collecting yourchild/ren 07483 102617 - everyone collecting your child/ren will need this number.

Please do not turn up to breakfast club having not booked as places are limited!

Please contact Mrs Wells to book and make any payments for the current term.

Since the friends group was formed last year we have raised £2756.77 to carry forward into this year, £1000 of this has been donated by St Mary's Church.

We would like to welcome you to come and join our friendly group at our monthly meetings which take place after school, we will also be placing a suggestion box in the main reception for you to place your ideas in should you be unable to attend.  You can also email the school with your suggestions and they will pass them onto us.

We have a fundraising board in the foyer for you to see what each event has raised.

Thank you to all our Friends of St Mary's for all the fundraising that has taken place so far which has enabled lots of fun activities to take place for the children (and parents) to enjoy.

Thank you for a fabulous valentines disco which was well attended by the children who had a great time!
